Do I need to take my window screens off?
No. We pull the screens, wash them and put them back on for you.
Do you repair window screens?
No. We pull, wash and put back your screens when we clean your windows, but we don’t repair them.
Do you clean inside windows too?
Yes. Outside windows are our standard service, and inside windows can be added on.
Will you let me know when you’re on the way?
Yes. We text you before we arrive so you can open the gate or get ready.
What else do you clean besides driveways and houses?
We also clean roofs, gutters and downspouts, patios, pool decks, fences, walkways, curbs, brick steps, trash cans and dirt dauber nests, and we wax front doors.
Can you remove rust and oil stains?
Yes. Rust and oil stains need a separate treatment, so they are an added charge. We’ll look at the stains and give you the price at your free estimate.

How much does pressure washing and window cleaning cost?
Every home is different, so we give you an exact price after a free visit. Typical prices from our recent jobs: driveway $190 to $300, front concrete (driveway, sidewalk, walkway and curb) $250 to $350, back patio or pool deck $150 to $310, outside windows $280 to $370, inside windows add-on $165 to $210, screens $30 to $50, house soft wash front only $195 to $420, whole house soft wash $300 to $950, roof soft wash $1,000 to $2,150, and gutter flush $130 to $500. Our minimum job is $300.
Can you give me a quote from photos?
We give exact prices after a free in-person visit, so there are no surprises on the day of the job. The typical prices above give you a good idea before we come out.
How can I pay?
We accept Zelle, check or cash. We do not take credit cards.

We clean gutters and flush downspouts, but we do not do gutter repairs.
Do you clean gutters on 2 and 3 story homes?
Yes. We clean gutters on homes up to 3 stories.
What is soft washing? Is it safe for stucco, brick and siding?
Soft washing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution to kill mold and algae instead of blasting it off. We use it on siding, stucco, brick and roofs so the surface isn’t damaged. High pressure is for concrete.
Do you clean roofs?
Yes. We soft wash roofs, which clears the black streaks and algae without high pressure. We clean slate, asphalt shingle, metal, wood, tile and Mexican tile roofs. Roof cleaning usually runs $1,000 to $2,150.
Can you do the job the same day as the estimate?
No. The estimate visit is just for the quote. Once you approve it, we schedule the cleaning for another day.
How soon can you come out, and how long does the job take?
After your free estimate you can pick a day. We are usually booked about 1 to 2 weeks out. Most jobs take around 2 to 5 hours, depending on what you need cleaned.
Do you clean windows on 2 and 3 story homes?
Yes. We clean windows on homes up to 3 stories.
How do you charge for window cleaning?
By the window. We count your windows at the free estimate and give you an exact price.
How do you charge for house washing?
We need to take a look first. We have custom options, and sometimes you don’t need the entire house cleaned, so we price it for the parts your home needs.
Does the driveway price include the sidewalk and walkway?
No. The driveway is priced on its own. The sidewalk and walkway can be added to your quote.
Do you use your own water or mine?
We use your home’s water for the job.
Can you clean a rental or listing without meeting the owner?
No. We need to meet with the owner or the person in charge of the property first so we are on the same page.
